BODYPUMP Heavy is a strength-focused group class designed for members who want to get stronger but may not enjoy high-rep classes or feel confident lifting heavier weights on their own.

This class uses slower, controlled lifting, longer rest, and clear coaching so you can focus on good form and feel safe while building strength.

This is a trial series, and your feedback will help us decide how this class fits into our long-term Group Exercise schedule.
